Ingredients

  • 1.5 cup oats flour
  • 2 cups walnuts grated
  • 1 tbsp honey or agave/maple syrup
  • 8-10 medjool dates pitted
  • 1/2 orange juice and zest
  • 1/4 tsp cinnamon powder
  • 1/4 tsp clove powder

Instructions

  1. In a food processor add the dates and 1 cup walnuts and process. 

  2. Put them in a bowl and combine with the remaining ingredients (except 1 cup of walnuts).

  3. Roll them into balls using hands.

  4. Roll the balls in the remaining grated walnuts.
