I tried to skip flour first, but they weren’t good enough. So I added a few spoons and they came out perfect. Fluffy, moist and super choco-licious!

Chocolate muffins with zucchini (sugar and dairy free)
Ingredients
- 4 tbsp flour you can use gluten free
- 1.5 cup ground almond
- 1/4 cup ground hazelnut you can replace it with almond
- 2 tbsp baking soda
- 1/3 cup cocoa
- 1/3 cup honey
- 1/4 cup olive oil
- 1 tbsp vanilla
- 2 grated zucchini squeezed
- 2 eggs
- 2 tbsp dark chocolate drops you can use dairy or sugar free
Instructions

Put all the ingredients, except flour and chocolate drops, in a blender and blend them until smooth

Add the ingredients to the flour and mix to combine

Portion the muffin mix into the muffin tray and sprinkle with chocolate drops

Bake in a 180 degree Celsius oven for 20 mins (160 if fan forced)
